Terms & Conditions of Service
1 – General
YoFresh UK is a trading name of YoFresh UK Ltd (The Company). The terms below are binding between the company and customer (site user).
At YoFresh UK, we aim to provide all our customers with high quality products and services.
All our goods and services comply with all the standards required by relevant legislation. When shopping with us online, a contract of sale is made at the time we confirm your order, and the contract shall be under English law.
By placing your order you accept these terms and conditions.

2 – Delivery
We only deliver to UK Mainland. Our available delivery dates and relevant costs will be made available on our website during checkout. Weekend delivery may attract an additional charge. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
On the delivery day, all deliveries will be fulfilled between 8:00 to 20:00. Our delivery partner will get in touch with you prior to delivery, to provide delivery window. If your order does not get delivered on the expected date, please contact us asap within 24 hours, so that we can track your order with our courier.
We will endeavour to deliver your order on your preferred date. However, for some reasons such as stock availability, issue in factory, logistics, etc, we will contact you to change the delivery date. Note that YoFresh UK will not be held liable for any delays not caused by or within our control. If your order has not been dispatched or delivered within 5 working days from expected delivery date, please contact us for a refund.
When placing your order it is important that someone is available to receive your delivery. The driver will have the instructions to leave your delivery at the delivery address even if no one is available, and will not return your order back to our depot due to the nature of the goods being perishable. If no one will be available to receive the delivery, ensure to update the courier through their website or responding to the email notification that would have been sent earlier, instructing the driver where they can leave your parcel.
The customer accepts full liability of the goods delivered to doorsteps, neighbour or any other safe location as advised by the customer and the delivery will be deemed complete once delivered to the delivery address.
3 – Product Weight Variation
When you place your order it will be for a specified weight of produce at a specified price.
We will collect payment via the payment method you select when placing your order.
All orders are individually prepared and we will endeavour to prepare orders to the weight specified or higher at no extra cost to the customer. As the products are prepared by hand, there is a 5% margin provision for weight variation on products ordered which could be higher or lower than the original weight of the ordered item.
4 – Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are disappointed with the quality of any of our products received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by email. Please endeavour to include as much information as you can including photos of damage and we will investigate immediately. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We regret that we will not accept returned goods or claims for goods ordered in error due to their perishable nature.
5 – Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the short timescale involved with processing orders you can only cancel or amend your order up to 08:00am on the third day before your delivery day, to be eligible for a refund. After this time, you would not be able to amend nor cancel the order you have placed with us. Certain products that require pre-ordering, will need to be amended or cancelled up to 08:00am on the fourth day before your delivery day,
Any refunds issued due to cancellation are subject to a 10% handling fee
